基于运动学视角利用跳绳进行“拉长-缩短周期运动”训练的实验分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过比较跳绳和反弹跳的反弹跳指数(Rebound Jump index,RJ),分析利用跳绳进行“拉长-缩短周期运动”(SSC)训练的可行性。方法:受试者在三维测力平台上分别进行反弹跳、单摇跳绳和双摇跳绳,通过跳跃高度和着地时间计算RJ指数,分析三者之间的差异性,并以反弹跳的RJ指数作为基数,探讨单摇和双摇跳绳对实现SSC的贡献率。结果:ANOVA统计结果显示,反弹跳的RJ的指数与单摇跳绳的RJ指数具有显著性差异(p<0.05);反弹跳的RJ的指数与双摇跳绳的RJ指数无显著性差异。单摇跳绳的RJ指数是反弹跳的30.4%,双摇跳绳的RJ指数是反弹跳的68.0%。结论:在进行单人跳绳时,如增加单次转数,可以实现SSC训练。 Objective:This study was to analyze the feasibility of"Stretch-shortening cycle exercises"training by comparing the RJ index of jump rope and rebound jump.Methods:Subjects performed rebound jump,single jump rope and double jump rope respectively on the three-dimensional force measuring platform,RJ index was calculated by jumping height and ground time,and the differences among the three were analyzed,and based on the RJ index of rebound,the contribution rate of single and double jump rope to(SSC)was discussed.Results:ANOVA statistical results showed that there was a significant difference between RJ index of rebound jump and RJ index of single-swing jump rope(P<0.05).There is no significant difference between RJ index of rebound jump and RJ index of double swing jump rope.The RJ index of single shake rope is 30.4%of rebound jump,and the RJ index of double shake rope is 68.0%of rebound jump.Conclusion:SSC training can be realized by increasing the number of revolutions in single jump rope.
