音乐图像类文物在史学研究中的价值判断与使用

Value Judgment and Application of Musical ImageCultural Relics in Historical Research

音乐图像类文物与出土乐器实物构成了音乐考古学中的两大部分。音乐图像类文物作为实证材料,在过去的研究中并没有放在与文献和实物同等重要的位置,图像类具有自身材料的优越性,同时也有先天的缺陷和局限性,因此研究音乐图像类文物的史学意义,要先对音乐图像文物进行辨析与研判。文章以《中国音乐文物大系》中的图像部分为基础,对其进行全面梳理,以类比的方式,与文献和实物进行比较,从图像资料的特殊性和局限性来分析音乐图像类文物在史学研究中的定位与使用。进而以辩证的观点客观地分析音乐图像资料的作用,结合多方面来论述音乐图像类文物在史学研究中的价值与使用。

Musical image cultural relics and unearthed musical instruments constitute the two major parts of music archaeology.In the past,more systematic and in-depth studies in musicology mostly focused on unearthed musical instruments.There are relatively few systematic studies on musical image cultural relics.As empirical materials,musical images had not been placed in the same important position as documents and objects in past studies.The image has its own material superiority,but it has the congenital defect and the limitation as well.Therefore,before studying the music image cultural relic’s historical significance,they should be distinguished and analyzed firstly.Based on the images in The Great Series of Chinese Musical Relics,this paper makes a comprehensive research on them.Using the method of analogy,comparing with literature and objects,the paper analyzes the positioning and use of musical image cultural relics in historical research from the particularity and limitation of image data.Furthermore,it analyzes the function of music image data objectively from the dialectical point of view,and discusses the value and use of music image cultural relics in historical research in combination with various aspects.
