摘要
目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,HCY)及sCD36水平与2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者并发动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)的关系。方法对比观察T2DM患者中颈动脉粥样硬化和未硬化(NAS)患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TC)、HCY及sCD36水平,logistic回归分析影响AS形成的因素。结果AS和NAS的T2DM患者间,FBG、HbAl、TC及TG水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);AS组T2DM患者HCY及sCD36水平高于NAS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素二元logistic回归分析结果显示,HCY及sCD36是DM患者发生AS的独立影响因素(OR=1.17、2.46,P<0.05)。结论血清HCY及sCD36水平在T2DM合并AS患者中表达显著增高,是AS的独立危险因素。
Objective To investigate the correlation of homocysteine(HCY)and sCD36 on atherosclerosis(AS)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods The levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),HCY and sCD36 levels were compared between T2DM patients with AS or without atherosclerosis(NAS).Factors influencing the development of AS were analyzed using Logistic regression.Results There was no statistically significant difference in FBG,HbAlc,TC,and TG levels between AS and NAS patients with T2DM(P>0.05).The HCY and sCD36 levels of T2DM patients in the AS group were higher than those in the NAS group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate binary Logistic regression analysis showed that HCY and sCD36 were independent influencing factors for AS in DM patients(OR=1.17,OR=2.46,P<0.05).Conclusions The levels of serum HCY and sCD36 were significantly increased in T2DM consolidation of AS,which was an independent risk factor for AS.
