多式联运服务质量评价指标体系研究

On the Evaluation Index System of Intermodal Transport Service Quality

科学制定评价标准是提升多式联运服务质量的重要手段。本文针对我国多式联运作业规范和服务质量评价标准较为缺乏等问题,在分析多式联运服务质量基础理论、系统梳理和借鉴相关行业研究实践的基础上,从安全、便捷、经济、高效、绿色等五个方面,提出了多式联运服务质量基本要求、评价指标体系和有关工作建议,为规范多式联运企业经营行为、提升我国多式联运发展水平提供借鉴参考。

Scientifically setting evaluation standards is an important means to improve the quality of intermodal transport services.Considering the lack of the intermodal transportation operation rules and service quality evaluation standards in China,the theories of intermodal transport service quality is investigated by referencing the experience of domestic and foreign relevant industry research practices.From the five aspects of safety,convenience,economy,efficiency,and green,the basic requirements of intermodal transport service quality,evaluation index system and related work suggestion are put forward.The research results provide reference for regulating management behavior of intermodal transport enterprises and improving the development level of intermodal transport market in China.
