摘要
为了研究PVA纤维对混凝土抗盐侵蚀性能的影响,以纤维长度和纤维体积掺量为参数,通过对不同龄期下纤维混凝土和普通混凝土抗氯盐侵蚀试验以及抗硫酸盐侵蚀试验研究分析,发现纤维混凝土较普通混凝土有显著的抗盐侵蚀性能。结果表明:掺入长度为12 mm的PVA纤维对混凝土的抗盐侵蚀性能有更好的改善效果;并且当纤维体积掺量为1.2 kg/m^3时,抗氯盐侵蚀性能的最大改善率可达55%以上,抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的最大改善率可达20%以上;最终得出,在混凝土中掺入12 mm PVA纤维,并且当纤维体积掺量为1.2 kg/m^3时,纤维混凝土的抗盐侵蚀性能最优。
In order to study the influence of PVA fiber on the salt erosion resistance of concrete,taking fiber length and fiber volume content as parameters,through the research and analysis of chlorine salt erosion resistance test and sulfate erosion resistance test of fiber concrete and ordinary concrete at different ages,it is found that fiber concrete has significant salt erosion resistance compared with ordinary concrete.The results show that the addition of PVA fiber with a length of 12 mm can improve the salt erosion resistance of concrete better.And when the fiber volume content is 1.2 kg/m3,the maximum improvement rate of chlorine salt corrosion resistance can reach more than 55%,and the maximum improvement rate of sulfate corrosion resistance can reach more than 20%.Finally,12 mm PVA fiber is added into the concrete,and when the volume content of fiber is 1.2 kg/m3,the salt erosion resistance of fiber concrete is the best.
