摘要
以雕白锌/双氧水组成的氧化还原引发体系,采用不饱和单体丙烯酸(AA)、甲代烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG)为主要原料,在水溶液中通过自由基聚合反应合成聚羧酸减水剂。该工艺可将生产温度降低至10℃,大大降低生产成本,且合成的减水剂具有减水率高、保坍性能好等优点。
Zinc-rongalite/hydrogen peroxide redox system was employed to initiate the free radical polymerization of polycarboxylic water reducer,which was synthesized by using acrylic acid(AA)and methallyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(HPEG)as the main polymeric monomers in aqueous solution.The process can reduce the production temperature to below 10℃and greatly reduce the production cost.The synthesized water reducer has the advantages of high water reducing rate and good slump retention performance.
