摘要
首先综述了混凝土内养护剂常用高吸水树脂(SAP)类别、合成方法、吸-释水性能及其测定方法,其次从SAP的形貌、粒径,水化热,孔结构、混凝土内部相对湿度等方面总结了SAP对混凝土力学性能、自收缩和耐久性的影响,并对SAP的内养护机理进行阐述,最后对高吸水树脂作为内养护材料的进一步发展应用提出了展望。
Firstly,the categories,synthetic methods,absorbent and water release properties of internal curing agents(SAP)were reviewed.Secondly,the effects of SAP on the mechanical properties,autogenous shrinkage and durability of concrete were summarized from the aspects of SAP′s morphology,particle size,relative humidity,hydration heat and pore structure,furthermore,the internal curing mechanism of SAP is analyzed.Finally,the prospect of further development and application of SAP as internal curing material is proposed.
