传统村落保护与活化设计研究——以昆明市海晏村为例

Study on the Protection and Activation Design of Traditional Villages——A Case of Haiyan Village in Kunming

随着"乡村振兴战略"的提出,传统村落的活化更新成为我国乡建的重要课题。以昆明市呈贡区海晏村为研究案例,通过多次实地走访调研,分析海晏村的现状问题,并引入HECTTEAS(Test Each)建筑策划信息矩阵,从公共空间、建筑、景观、道路等方面,对海晏村进行保护与活化,将海晏村打造成居住、生产、文化传承、旅游为一体的乡村客厅,为类似的传统村落的保护与活化提供借鉴。

As the“rural revitalization strategy”had been put forward,the protection and activation of traditional villages has become an important topic of rural construction in China.Taking Haiyan village in Chenggong District of Kunming as a case study,this paper analyzes the current situation of Haiyan village through several surveys and fieldwork,introduces HECTTEAS(Test Each)architectural programming matrix,and then protects and activates Haiyan Village from the public space,architecture,landscape,road and other aspects so as to build Haiyan Village into a rural living room,which integrating residence,production,cultural heritage and tourism,and provide a reference for the protection and activation of similar traditional villages.
