我国传统民居保护和再利用的研究现状与展望

Current Research on the Protection and Reuse of Traditional Houses in China and Its Prospects

本文对我国近15年来传统民居的保护和再利用的研究文献进行梳理,首先,总结了传统民居保护再利用研究的广度和深度,涉及民间研究的多学科视野、方法和范围。其次,总结了传统民居保护利用的普遍分类,反观价值排序的重要性,阐述了价值评估的定性和定量的评估方法。再次,阐述了传统民居破坏的因素,注重民居保护的原则并提到遗产保护的重要性。功能置换的民居保护方式近年来受大众追捧。最后,基于传统民居保护利用的现状提出展望,指出不足。民居的保护实质上是权衡利弊解决主要矛盾的过程,对我国未来传统民居的保护和利用自成体系大有裨益。

This paper sorts out the research literature on the protection and reuse of traditional houses in our country in the past 15 years.It first summarizes the breadth and depth of the research on the protection and reuse of traditional houses,involving the multidisciplinary vision,methods and scope of folk research.Secondly,it summarizes the general classification of the protection and utilization of traditional houses,reflects the importance of value ranking,and elaborates the qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods of value evaluation.Along with this,it explains the factors of the destruction of traditional dwellings,pays attention to the principles of protection of dwellings and mentions the importance of heritage protection.In recent years,the protection of residential buildings with functional replacement has been sought after by the public.Finally,based on the status of the protection and utilization of traditional houses,the prospects are pointed out,and deficiencies are pointed out.The protection of residential houses is essentially a process of weighing the pros and cons and solving the main contradictions,which helps to establish the system for the protection and utilization of traditional residential houses in our country in the future.
