Research on Singapore Housing Renewal Policy

新加坡的公共住房建设被视为人居环境建设的成功典范,持续的住房更新政策是新加坡宜居环境的保障。本文首先概述了新加坡公共住房的建设历程;然后系统地梳理了新加坡住房更新政策的发展演变历程;最后对新加坡住房更新经验进行了总结,包括重视政策的持续性和灵活性、注重政府和居民沟通、广泛的公众参与等,可为我国的住房更新政策的制定提供借鉴和参考。

Singapore’s public housing construction is a successful example of human settlement environment construction,and the sustainable housing renewal policy is the guarantee of livable environment in Singapore.This paper first summarizes the construction process of Singapore’s public housing,then systematically combs the development and evolution of Singapore’s housing renewal policy,and finally summarizes the experience of Singapore’s housing renewal,including paying attention to the sustainability and flexibility of the policy,paying attention to the communication between the government and residents,and extensive public participation,which can provide a reference for the formulation of housing renewal policy in China.
