摘要
青岛历史建筑遗产丰富,部分建筑作为优秀历史建筑已得到妥善保护和利用,但有大部分历史建筑目前仍作为民宅使用。由于围护结构热工性能差导致该类建筑与目前居住建筑节能标准相差较大,冬季采暖能耗大,能耗效率低下。为提升该类历史建筑的节能性,笔者利用Design Builder能耗模拟软件,从围护结构热工性能和气密性能两方面提出节能优化策略,为改善青岛历史居住建筑节能性提供参考。
Qingdao has a rich heritage of historic buildings,some of which have been properly protected and utilized as excellent historic buildings,but most of which are still used as houses.The thermal performance of the envelope of these buildings is poor,which is different from the energy-saving standard of residential buildings.Heating in winter consumes a lot of energy and the energy efficiency is low.In order to improve the energy-saving performance of this kind of historic buildings,the dynamic simulation is carried out by using Design Builder software,and the energy-saving optimization strategy is put forward from the thermal performance and air-tightness of the building envelope,with a view to provide a reference for improving the energy-saving performance of historic residential buildings in Qingdao.
