中药治疗急性胰腺炎的研究进展

Research progress in treatment of acute pancreatitis with traditional Chinese medicine

急性胰腺炎(AP)是消化系统常见的危重疾病,中医将其归为阳明腑实证。治疗应当采用通里攻下、活血化瘀、清热解毒、益气养阴、健脾和胃等治则。该文就近两年的中药内服、贴敷、灌肠等中药治疗AP的研究进展作一综述。

Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a common critical disease of the digestive system,which is classified as syndrome of Yang Ming Fu Shi by traditional Chinese medicine.Treatment should adopt the therapeutic principles of tongli gongxia herbs,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat and detoxifying,supplementing qi and nourishing yin,strengthening spleen and stomach,etc.In this paper,the research progress in the treatment of acute pancreatitis with traditional Chinese medicine such as oral administration,sticking therapy,and enema in the past year is summarized.
