摘要
针对发动机缸体铸件内腔及外表面的浇冒口、批缝、毛刺等人工清理效率低、打磨环境恶劣的难题,提出了采用机器人、双工位转盘式的缸体铸件智能打磨生产线设计方案,该系统包含上料机构、输送线、冲切站总成和打磨站总成,以工控机作为上位监控机、PLC作下位实时控制机,智能控制打磨过程状态参数,实现铸件内腔及外部的浇冒口、毛刺等的自动清理打磨,满足缸体铸件所有要清理部位的打磨精度,解决了数据难以高效协同、高精度打磨难以实现的难题.系统运行稳定可靠、操作简单。
Focusing on the problems of manual cleaning efficiency and bad grinding environment for the inner cavity and outer surface of engine block casting,such as gating system and riser,scab,burr,etc.,the design scheme of intelligent grinding production line for cylinder block casting with robot and double station rotary table is proposed,The system consists of feeding mechanism,conveying line,punching station assembly and grinding station assembly.The ICC is used as the upper monitoring machine and PLC is used as the lower real-time control machine.The state parameters of grinding process are controlled intelligently to realize the automatic cleaning and grinding of casting inner cavity and outer pouring riser and burr.The system can meet the grinding accuracy of all parts to be cleaned,and solve the problems of data coordination and high-precision grinding.The system is stable,reliable and easy to operate.
