摘要
介绍了膨润土、煤粉、α淀粉、原砂等造型材料的技术要求,分析了紧实率、水分、湿态强度、透气性、型砂粒度等型砂性能对铸件质量的影响情况,提出一种型砂综合添加剂混配方案,并与原砂混配方案进行了生产性试验,结果表明能明显改善型砂性能、提高铸件质量及一次合格率,是改善粘土砂铸造环境和绿色发展的一个较好的措施。
Introduces the pulverized coal,alpha starch,bentonite,the original sand molding materials such as technical requirements,analyzes the compaction rate,moisture,wet strength,permeability,sand molding sand properties such as particle size influence on casting quality,put forward a kind of green sand composite additive mixed solution,and compared with the original sand mixed solution productive test,the results show that can significantly improve the qualified rate of green sand performance,improve casting quality and,clay sand casting is to improve the environment,one of the better measures of green development.
