摘要
世界经济正越来越多地从有形的产品转向无形的服务。无形服务在我们生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色,无形性和消费者参与是区别无形服务与有形产品的主要特征。文章从感知性、分离性、差异性、贮存性、所有权和参与性六个方面通过具体案例分析了无形服务与有形产品的差异,理解无形服务与有形产品的差异为企业和个人提供竞争优势。
there are many concepts about services in the academic world.Intangible service has been playing an increasingly important role in our life.We use a series of intangible services in our daily life.This study analyzes the differences between intangible service and tangible goods through specific cases from six aspects:perception,Indivisibility,heterogeneity,perishability,ownership and participation,so as to understand that the differences between intangible service and tangible product provide competitive advantages for enterprises and individuals.
