Under the background of intelligence and information,the pace of technological change is accelerating,which will inevitably trigger a major revolution in business logic and models,which will put forward brand-new requirements for new business talent capabilities and talent training models.The article analyzes the characteristics of the transformation of economic development mode and the requirements for the training of business talents under the background of intelligence and information.Combining with the current problems in business talent training,the model innovation,reform path and development suggestions for new business talent training in applied universities under the new situation are analyzed.
