With the study of cell deaths,the similarities,differences,and crosstalks were discovered in different programmed cell deaths.Apoptosis,pyroptosis,and necroptosis are common programmed cell deaths.There are some similarities and differences in morphology and molecular mechanisms.In this paper,the similarities,differences,and crosstalks are reviewed in apoptosis,pyroptosis,and necroptosis,which can understand these programmed cell deaths clearly,and provide a theoretical basis for drug development of disease targets.
