摘要
人类妊娠是一种独特的现象。胚胎被母体视为半同种异体移植物,会被母体免疫系统识别。妊娠早期,蜕膜自然杀伤(natural killer,NK)细胞是母-胎界面主要的免疫细胞,与胚胎来源的绒毛外滋养层细胞(extravillous trophoblast cells,EVTs)直接接触,在子宫螺旋动脉的重塑及EVTs侵袭子宫壁的过程中发挥重要的调控作用。蜕膜NK细胞表面的受体与人类白细胞抗原(human leukocyte antigen,HLA)分子之间的相互作用参与其中。所以,研究蜕膜NK细胞表面的受体对了解妊娠的进展有重要的意义。本文简要介绍了人蜕膜NK细胞表面受体的研究进展,希望通过研究HLA分子与蜕膜NK细胞受体的相互作用,为相关妊娠并发症的预防及诊治提供新的可能。
Human pregnancy is a unique phenomenon.The embryo is regarded as a semi-allograft by the mother and will be recognized by the maternal immune system.In the first trimester of pregnancy,decidual natural killer(NK)cells are the main immune cells at the maternal-fetal interface.They are in direct contact with embryo-derived extravillous trophoblast cells(EVTs),and play an important regulatory role in the remodeling of the uterine spiral artery and the process of EVTs invading into the uterine wall.This regulation is involved in the interaction between receptors on decidual NK cells and human leukocyte antigen(HLA)molecules on EVTs.Therefore,it is of great significance to study receptors on decidual NK cells for understanding the progress of pregnancy.In this paper,the research progress of the receptors on human decidual NK cell is briefly introduced,and it is hoped that by studying the interaction between HLA molecules and decidual NK cell receptors,it will be provided new possibilities for the prevention and the diagnosis and treatment of related pregnancy complications.
