摘要
环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是一类由前体线性RNA通过非经典基因剪接方式形成的具有环形结构的内源性非编码RNA。CircRNA广泛存在于真核细胞中,具有结构稳定、高度保守、表达广泛等特点,在生物不同发育阶段的生理、病理过程均发挥关键性调控作用。心房纤维化(atrial fibrosis)作为心房本身应对外界炎症、压力负荷、缺氧等刺激的适应过程,也给心房带来不可逆的结构损伤,直接影响心房的机械活动与电活动。本文拟结合circRNA的生物学作用,尝试探讨circRNA在心房纤维化中的作用机制。
Circular RNA(circRNA)is a kind of endogenous non-coding RNA formed from linear RNA via non-classical gene splicing.It is characterized by its stable structure,high conservativeness and abundant expression.CircRNA plays a critical role in the physiological and pathological processes of human beings.Atrial fibrosis,as an adaptation process of the atrium to external stimuli such as inflammation,stress load and hypoxia,also brings irreversible structural remolding to the atrium and it directly affects the mechanical and electrical activity of atrium.In this review,we attempted to explore the mechanism of circRNA in atrial fibrosis by combining the biological role of circRNA.
