摘要
棕色脂肪组织(brown adipose tissue,BAT)是一种通过适应性产热来消耗能量的组织。促进BAT活化可以通过增加能量消耗和调节糖脂代谢来改善肥胖。肠道菌群影响BAT活性进而与肥胖及相关代谢紊乱密切相关,因而通过调节肠道菌群活化BAT可能是防治肥胖很有前景的方法。现将肠道菌群与BAT活化的关系及肠道菌群代谢物调节BAT活化的机制综述如下。
Brown adipose tissue(BAT)is an organ that dissipates energy through adaptive thermogenesis.Promoting the activation of BAT can relieve obesity by increasing energy expenditure and regulating glucose and lipid metabolism.Gut microbiota is closely related to obesity and metabolic disorders.The impact of gut microbiota on activity of BAT has received increasing attention and has been initially confirmed to play a role.Activating BAT by regulating gut microbiota may be a promising approach to prevent obesity.Here,this review advances our understanding of the relationship between gut microbiota and BAT activation and the potential mechanism of theirs metabolites regulating BAT activation.
