振动排痰护理在慢阻肺患者中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Vse Nursing in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的分析振动排痰护理应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)护理中的干预效果。方法选定本院2017年10月至2019年10月住院治疗的118例COPD患者,根据“单盲随机抽样法”分组,参照组59例患者给予临床常规护理,试验组59例患者在参照组基础上给予振动排痰护理,对比两组临床症状消失时间、6MWT、护理满意度。结果试验组咳嗽、咳痰、气喘消失时间[(2.12±0.62)d、(2.26±0.54)d、(2.08±0.31)d]均显著短于参照组[(3.88±0.65)d、(3.95±0.74)d、(3.84±0.66)d]。试验组护理后6MWT[(428.62±10.62)m]显著高于参照组[(386.25±8.44)m]。试验组护理满意度(96.61%)显著高于参照组(74.58%)。结论振动排痰护理可有效缓解COPD患者气促等症状,增强运动耐力,赢得患者认可、赞同。

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of vibrodrainage nursing applied in COP D(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)nursing.Methods A total of 118 patients with COP D who were hospitalized in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected and divided into groups according to the'single-blind random sampling method'.59 patients in the reference group were given routine clinical care,while 59 patients in the experimental group were given virological sputum drainage care based on the reference group.The time of disappearance of clinical symptoms,6MWT,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of cough,sputum and asthma in the experimental group[(2.12±0.62)d,(2.26±0.54)d,(2.08±0.31)d]was significantly shorter than that in the control group[(3.88±0.65)d,(3.95±0.74)d,(3.84±0.66)d].After nursing,6MWT[(428.62±10.62)m]in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group[(386.25±8.44)m].The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(96.61%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.58%).Conclusion Vibration sputum drainage nursing can effectively alleviate symptoms such as shortness of breath in COP D patients,enhance exercise endurance,and win the recognition and approval of patients.
