摘要
目的研究一种过氧乙酸消毒液对内镜的消毒与灭菌效果以及对内镜相关材料的腐蚀性。方法采用载体浸泡定量杀灭试验和腐蚀性试验,观察过氧乙酸消毒液对内镜的消毒与灭菌效果以及对金属的腐蚀性。结果以浓度为1000 mg/L的过氧乙酸消毒液A浸泡2.5 min,对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值均>3.0;作用7.5 min,对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢可达到全部杀灭。按全自动内镜清洗消毒机设定运行程序运行全周期,该过氧乙酸对模拟内镜管腔内载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢达到全部杀灭。浓度为2500 mg/L该过氧乙酸消毒液浸泡72 h,对不锈钢基本无腐蚀,但对碳钢、铝和铜都有不同程度腐蚀性。结论本研究用过氧乙酸A消毒液具有良好的杀灭细菌芽孢的效果,对模拟内镜均达到预期的消毒与灭菌效果,该过氧乙酸消毒液对不同金属存在腐蚀性。
Objective To study the disinfection and sterilization effects of peracetic acid disinfectant on endoscopes and the corrosiveness of endoscope-related materials.Methods Carrier immersion quantitative killing test and corrosion test were used to observe the disinfection and sterilization effect of peracetic acid disinfectant on the endoscope and the corrosiveness to metal.Results Soaked in peracetic acid disinfectant A with a concentration of 1000 mg/L for 2.5 min,the killing logarithm values of Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores on the carriers were all>3.0;soaked for 7.5 min,Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores on carriers could be killed all.According to the setting operation program of automatic endoscope cleaning and disinfection machine to run the whole cycle,the peracetic acid could completely kill the Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores on carriers in the lumen of the simulated endoscope.Soaked in peracetic acid disinfectant with a concentration of2500 mg/L for 72 h,it is basically non-corrosive to stainless steel,but it is corrosive to carbon steel,aluminum and copper to varying degrees.Conclusion In this study,the peracetic acid A disinfectant has a good effect of killing bacterial spores,and achieves the expected disinfection and sterilization effects on simulated endoscopes.The peracetic acid disinfectant is corrosive to different metals.
