两种消毒剂喷雾法对藻酸盐口腔印模的消毒效果观察

Observation on the disinfection effect of two kinds of disinfectant spray methods on alginate oral impression

目的观察不同消毒剂喷雾法对口腔印模的消毒效果。方法采用模拟现场消毒试验方法,对2种消毒剂喷雾法消毒口腔印模的消毒效果进行观察。结果以有效氯浓度为1000 mg/L的含氯消毒液对口腔印模进行喷雾消毒作用2 min,对污染的大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和鲍曼不动杆菌的杀灭对数值为2.13~2.45。用浓度为2000 mg/L的复方双链季铵盐消毒剂口腔印模进行喷雾消毒作用30 s,对上述3种细菌的杀灭对数值均>5.0。结论复方双链季铵盐消毒剂可用于藻酸盐口腔印膜喷雾消毒。

Objective To observe the disinfection effect of different disinfectant spray methods on oral impression.Methods The simulated on-site disinfection experiment method was used to observe the disinfection effect of two kinds of disinfectant spray methods on oral impression.Results A chlorine-containing disinfectant with an effective chlorine concentration of 1000 mg/L was used to spray and disinfect oral impression for 2 min,and the logarithm value of killing the contaminated Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Acinetobacter baumannii was 2.13~2.45.The compound double-chain quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant at a concentration of 2000 mg/L was used to spray and disinfect oral impression for 30 s,and the logarithmic values of killing the above three bacteria were all>5.0.Conclusion The compound double-chain quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant spraying method can be used for spray disinfection of alginate oral impression.
