标准化流程管理在ICU老年患者多重耐药菌防控中的应用研究

Application of standardized process management in prevention and control of multi-drug-resistant organisms in elderly critically ill patients

目的探讨标准化流程管理在老年重症患者多重耐药菌防控中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月-2019年6月入住ICU的老年重症患者701例为研究对象,比较干预前后多重耐药菌检出率、多重耐药菌医院例次感染率和医务人员干预措施依从率。结果多重耐药菌检出率干预前高于干预后,多重耐药菌医院例次感染率,干预后较干预前下降,开具隔离医嘱、悬挂隔离标识、诊疗物品专用、手卫生、环境清洁消毒的依从率干预后较干预前均有明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取标准化流程管理可以有效提高医务人员对多重耐药菌感染的防控意识,完善感控流程各环节,使老年重症患者多重耐药菌的防控更加科学、规范、有效。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized process management in the prevention and control of multidrug-resistant organisms(MDRO)in elderly critically ill patients.Methods A total of 701 elderly critically ill patients admitted to ICU from January 2016 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.The detection rate of MDRO,the rate of hospital infections of MDRO and the compliance rate of medical staff to intervention measures were compared before and after the intervention.Results The detection rate of MDRO before intervention was higher than that after intervention,the rate of hospital infections of MDRO after intervention was lower than that before intervention,and the compliance rates of issuing doctor’s isolation orders,hanging isolation signs,using medical articles exclusively,hand hygiene,and cleaning and disinfecting environment after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized process management can effectively enhance the awareness of medical staff on the prevention and control of MDRO infections,improve all aspects of the infection control process,and make the prevention and control of MDRO in elderly critically ill patients more scientific,standardized and effective.
