摘要
采用热分析、光学显微镜和扫描电镜等分析方法,对5182合金进行了低温长时、高温短时及阶段均匀化对比试验,研究均匀化工艺对5182合金显微组织及力学性能影响。结果表明,5182合金采用阶段均匀化制度460℃×13 h+520℃×2 h处理后第二相相含量最低,回溶情况最好,并促进了难溶相(Mg2Si)的回溶及形貌的改变,使合金具有更好的力学性能及加工性能,均匀化效果良好。
The comparison tests of 5182 alloy at low temperature for long time,high temperature for short time and stage homogenization were carried out.The effect of homogenization process on microstructure and mechanical properties of 5182 alloy was studied by means of thermal analysis,optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the second phase content was the lowest and the dissolution condition was the best after treatment at 460℃×13 h+520℃×2 h,which promoted the dissolution and morphology change of the insoluble phase(Mg2Si).So that the alloy had better mechanical properties and machining properties,and the homogenization effect was good.
