摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜镜、光学显微镜、万能拉伸试验机对34MnB5钢在不同热处理工艺条件下的微观组织、奥氏体晶粒和力学性能进行分析研究。结果表明:当加热温度为930℃时,抗拉强度达到最高,奥氏体全部转变为马氏体组织,之后随加热温度的升高抗拉强度、伸长率低降低;保温2 min后进行淬火出现马氏体组织,保温5 min则奥氏体晶粒均匀,保温15 min时马氏体板条粗化降低了抗拉强度和伸长率。34MnB5钢淬火加热温度930℃保温5 min后,抗拉强度达到1655 MPa,断后伸长率为8.5%,综合力学性能优良。
Microstructure,austenitic grain size and mechanical properties of 34 MnB5 steel under different heat treatment process were studied by using scanning electronic microscope lens,optical microscope and universal tensile testing machine.The results showed when the heating temperature is 930℃,the tensile strength reached the highest,the austenite was transformed into martensite structure.With increasing of heating temperature,the tensile strength and elongation decreased.When the holding time was 2 min,the martensite structure appeared after quenching.The austenite grains were uniform when the holding time was 5 min.When the holding time reached 15 min,the coarsening of martensite strip reduced the tensile strength and elongation.The tensile strength of 34 MnB5 steel reached 1655 MPa,elongation after fracture was 8.5%,and the comprehensive mechanical properties were excellent after quenching at 930℃for 5 min.
