摘要
通过分析GCr15卡瓦外观形态及对其力学性能进行检测,分析卡瓦失效原因;并采用正交试验对热处理工艺进行研究,提高卡瓦的使用寿命。
By analyzing the appearance and mechanical properties of the GCr15 slip,the failure reason of slip is analyzed,and the heat treatment process is studied by orthogonal test to improve the service life of slip.
