碳钢模具热处理开裂分析与改进措施

摘要 采用金相检查、化学成分分析、硬度检测、断口分析等方法对碳钢模具热处理裂纹进行了分析。结果表明:裂纹产生原因为模具热处理淬油时间短,心部未完全淬透,存在较大的淬火应力。在回火过程中,心部淬火应力得以释放,导致模具开裂。并提出改进措施,有效避免问题的发生。 In this paper,the crack in carbon steel die after heat treatment was analyzed by means of metallurgical inspection,chemical composition analysis,hardness testing and fracture surface analysis.The results showed that the reason of the cracks was that the oil quenching time was shorter,and the core was not fully hardening,and there was a large quenching stress.In the tempering process,the quenching stress was released,resulting in the die cracking.And put forward improvement measures to effectively avoid the occurrence of problems.
