一株海洋曲霉MDCW-15中的新烟曲霉素 被引量:2

A new fumagillin compound from marine-derived Aspergillus fumigatus MDCW-15

摘要 目的对海洋曲霉MDCW-15的次级代谢产物进行研究。方法利用柱色谱等方法对菌株次级代谢产物进行分离纯化,运用核磁共振、质谱等波谱分析方法对化合物进行结构鉴定,采用药敏纸片法评价化合物的抗真菌活性。结果从发酵产物中分离鉴定了1个新的烟曲霉素类化合物2′-顺式-富马霉素(1)及已知化合物fumagiringillin(2),对化合物进行了抑菌活性测试。结果显示化合物1和2对白色念珠菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值均为32.0μg/mL。结论化合物1为新化合物;化合物1和2具有一定的抗真菌活性。 Objective To study the secondary metabolites of marine-derived Aspergillus fumigatus MDCW-15. Methods The secondary metabolites were isolated and purified by column chromatography over silica gel. And their structures were identified by the spectroscopic analysis of NMR and MS. The antifungal bioactivities were assayed by paper diffusion. Results A new fumagillin compound 1 and a known compound 2 were isolated from the fermentation broth of marine-derived Aspergillus fumigatus MDCW-15. The antifungal bioactivities were assayed by paper diffusion. Compounds 1 and 2 showed antifungal activity against Candida albicans with an equal MIC value of 32.0 μg/mL. Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named 2′-cisfumagiringillin. Compounds 1 and 2 exhibit antifungal activities.
