民办高校社会责任的失范行为与治理路径

On the Anomie and Governance of Social Responsibility of Private Colleges and Universities

当前,民办高校面临着诸多制约其社会责任践履的问题和困难,在公益办学、诚信办学、教育质量、师生权益保障等方面都不同程度存在责任失范现象。从制度层面看,单边控制的法人治理机制与不完善的公共治理机制是民办高校社会责任失范现象发生的制度性根源。因此,健全学校法人共同治理机制和政府公共治理机制,是现阶段推进民办高校履行社会责任最迫切的现实需要。

At present,private colleges and universities are facing many problems and difficulties that restrict their social responsibilities.There are various degrees of non-standard responsibilities in terms of public welfare,integrity,education quality,and protection of teachers and students’rights and interests.From the perspective of the system,the unilateral control of corporate governance mechanism and the imperfect public governance mechanism are the institutional roots of the non-standard social responsibility of private universities.Therefore,perfecting the common governance mechanism of school legal persons and the government public governance mechanism is the most urgent practical need to promote the social responsibility of private colleges and universities at this stage.
