基于性格色彩的个性化护理对突发性聋患者不良情绪、听力恢复的影响

Effects of personalized nursing based on character color on negative emotions and hearing recovery in patients with sudden deafness

目的探讨基于性格色彩的个性化护理对突发性聋患者不良情绪、听力恢复的影响。方法选取本院2017年9月-2019年12月120例突发性聋患者,随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各60例患者,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予基于性格色彩的个性化护理,比较两组听力恢复、心理困扰、负性情绪、应激反应、睡眠质量、应对方式、护理满意度。结果观察组干预后听力改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组听力恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后负性情绪SAS、SDS评分以及心理困扰评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后激反应SASRQ评分、睡眠质量PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后逃避、宿命、姑息、依靠自我评分低于对照组,寻求支持、面对、乐观、情感宣泄评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理人员护患沟通、护理行为、解决问题、健康宣教方面满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于性格色彩的个性化护理有利于突发性耳聋患者的听力恢复,改善患者不良情绪,减少心理困扰,提高睡眠质量,加强积极应对疾病的心理,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effects of personalized nursing based on character color on negative emotions and hearing recovery in patients with sudden deafness.Methods A total of 120 patients with sudden deafness in the hospital during the period from September 2017 to December 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while observation group was additionally given personalized nursing based on character color.The hearing recovery,psychological distress,negative emotions,stress response,sleep quality,coping styles and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,hearing improvement in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05),and hearing recovery time was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,scores of SAS,SDS and psychological distress in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),scores of SASRQ and PSQI were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,scores of escaping,fatalism,palliative and self-reliance in observation group were lower than those in control group,while scores of seeking for support,facing,optimism and emotional catharsis were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients with nurse-patient communication,nursing behaviors,problem solving and health education in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing based on character color is conducive to hearing recovery of patients with sudden deafness,improving their negative emotions,reducing psychological distress,improving sleep quality,strengthening positive coping psychology to the diseases,and improving nursing satisfaction.
