鼻黏膜上皮在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉发病中的作用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS)作为一种复杂的异质性疾病,分为不伴(CRS without nasal polyps,CRSs NP)或伴息肉(CRS with nasal polyps,CRSwNP)。其发病机制不清,黏膜屏障假说作为较为全面的假说,提出CRS的发病与鼻黏膜机械性和免疫屏障缺陷密不可分,体现了黏膜上皮的重要作用。本文主要围绕鼻黏膜上皮在CRSw NP发病中的作用进行综述,并以鼻黏膜上皮为靶点提出治疗展望。 Chronic rhinosinusitis as a complex heterogeneous disease is divided into CRS without nasal polyps or CRS with nasal polyps.Its pathogenesis is unclear,and the mucosal barrier hypothesis as a more comprehensive hypothesis suggests that the pathogenesis of CRS is inseparable from the mechanical and immune barrier defects of the nasal mucosa,reflecting the important role of mucosal epithelium.This article focuses on the role of nasal mucosal epithelium in the pathogenesis of CRSw NP,and proposes a therapeutic prospect with nasal mucosal epithelium as a target.
