新冠肺炎疫情背景下的“一带一路”民心相通建设

Increasing the People's Connectivity for the"Belt and Road"Initiative in the Context of the Covid-19 Epidemic

在突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情下,一方面,“一带一路”沿线国家的命运与共意识增强,民心相通的领域和空间拓展,民心相通的重要性和必要性凸显;另一方面,民心相通的外部舆论环境日益复杂,沿线国家态度出现消极动向,人员交流受限,经济合作放缓。面对新形势与新挑战,推进民心相通建设需要发挥各个参与主体的积极作用,把握工作进程中的重要时间节点,促成重点领域的各项合作与建设工作。

Due to the outbreak of the Covid-19,there has been a growing feeling of shared destiny and expanding areas and room for people’s connectivity among the countries involved in the "Belt and Road" initiative,increasing the importance of and need for people’s connectivity.Meanwhile,the external public opinion environment for it becomes more complex,the attitude of the participating countries shows a negative trend,exchanges of people is restricted and economic cooperation slows down.In the face of the new situation and new challenges,increasing the people’s connectivity entails giving full play to the active role of all participants,grasping the important time nodes in the process,and accomplishing all cooperation and work in the key areas.
