摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)是乙类传染性疾病,老年患者比例高、预后差。老年患者常有多种慢病共存,脏器储备能力差,免疫力低下,患COVID-19后营养问题较为严重,更易诱发多器官功能障碍。医学营养支持是老年COVID-19患者的基础治疗,临床上应根据其营养状态、器官功能、代谢能力和基础病情况,设计个体化的营养支持方案,精准施治,助力提高老年COVID-19患者的治愈率,降低死亡率。营养支持是COVID-19综合治疗的手段之一,在老年患者治疗中尤为重要,临床上应引起足够重视。
Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)is a class B infectious disease,with a high proportion of elderly patients,and the prognosis of elderly patients is poor.Most of the elderly patients have the characteristics of coexistence of multiple chronic diseases,poor organ reserve capacity,and low immunity.Once they are infected,the nutritional problems are more serious,and multiple organ dysfunction is more likely to be induced.Medical nutrition support is the basic treatment for the elderly patients with COVID-19.According to the nutritional status,organ function,metabolic capacity and underlying diseases,individualized nutritional treatment plan should be designed for precise treatment so as to improve the cure rate and reduce mortality.Nutritional treatment is one of the comprehensive treatment methods for COVID-19,which is quite important in elderly patients and should be paid enough attention.
