含钼铜增强复合阻燃剂EVA的制备 被引量:1

摘要 利用海泡石的吸附性,用沉淀法将钼酸铜沉淀到海泡石表面,同时,在海泡石表面引入阻燃元素Mo、Cu,制得复合材料钼酸铜@海泡石。将掺杂钼酸铜的海泡石用于制备阻燃型乙烯-醋酸乙烯脂共聚物(EVA),从而提高EVA的阻燃性能。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和等方法对阻燃剂结构进行表征,利用氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧等级(UL 94)和锥形量热(CCT)对复合材料的阻燃性能进行测试。结果表明,将改性后的海包石与EG按不同比例复配后,添加到EVA中,当海泡石与可膨胀石墨的质量比为1∶9时,氧指数达到36.9%。 Using the adsorbability of sepiolite itself,copper molybdate was precipitated to the surface of sepiolite by precipitation method,and flame-retardant elements Mo and Cu were introduced to the surface of sepiolite to prepare the composite material copper mdybdate sepiolite.Sepiolite doped with copper molybdate was used to prepare flame retardant ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA).The morphology and structure of flame retardants were characterized by FTIR,XRD and SEM.The flame retardant and burning behavior of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)composite were tested by LOI(limiting oxygen index),UL 94(vertical burning test)and CCT(cone calorimeter test)characterizations.The results showed that when the modified sepidite was compounded with EG in different proportions and added to EVA,when the mass ratio of sepidite to exparders graphite was 1∶9,the oxygen index reached 36.9%.
