热处理温度对聚丙烯微孔膜性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 聚丙烯(PP)微孔膜具有良好的化学稳定性和力学性能,孔隙分布较为均匀。采用干法单向拉伸工艺,在不同的热处理温度(130℃、140℃和150℃)和不同的热拉温度(135℃、145℃、和155℃)下,制备了聚丙烯(PP)微孔膜。研究了不同热处理温度对聚丙烯微孔膜结晶、熔融行为、微观形貌以及孔隙率的影响。结果表明,随着热处理温度的升高,微孔膜的结晶度逐渐增加,晶体结构更加完善,晶体尺寸逐渐降低,微孔形貌更加规整且孔隙率升高。随着热拉温度的升高,微孔膜的结晶度变化不明显,但是,微孔的形貌结构逐渐清晰完善,孔隙率得到提升。当热处理温度为150℃,热拉温度为155℃时,孔隙率达到最高,为59.2%。 Polypropylene(PP)microporous membrane had good chemical stability,and mechanical properties and uniform pore distribution.Polypropylene(PP)microporous membranes were prepared by a dry uniaxial stretching process at heat treatment temperatures of 130,140 and 150℃and hot drawing temperature of 150℃,135,145,and 155℃,respectively.The effects of process conditions on the crystal melting behavior and microstructure of microporous membranes were investigated in detail.The results showed that as the heat treatment temperature increased,the crystallinity of the microporous membrane was increased gradually,the crystal structure of the microporous membrane was more perfect,the crystal size was decreased,the morphology of the micropores was more regular,and the porosity was increased.With the increase of the heat drawing temperature,the crystallinity of the microporous membrane did not change significantly,but the morphology of the micropores was gradually distinct and perfect,and the porosity was improved.When the heat treatment temperature was 150℃,the hot drawing temperature was 150℃,the porosity was slightly higher than that prepared at the other heat treatment temperatures,it was 59.2%.
