摘要 利用搭建的复合材料铺放实验平台制备了单向连续玻璃纤维增强高密度聚乙烯(GF/HDPE)复合材料层合板,通过单因素实验和三因素四水平正交实验,结合短梁法测定层间剪切强度和微观形貌观察,研究了GF/HDPE复合材料层合板的成型工艺,分析了成型压力、加热温度和铺放速度3个工艺参数,对GF/HDPE复合材料层合板层间剪切强度的影响,得到了制件层间剪切强度随各工艺参数的变化规律和最优参数组合,以及各工艺因素对制件层间剪切强度影响的主次顺序。研究结果表明,随着成型压力与加热温度的增加,制件层间剪切强度呈先增大后减小的趋势。随着铺放速度的增大,层间剪切强度逐渐减小。各工艺因素对制件性能的影响由大至小为铺放速度、成型压力、加热温度。成型制件的最优参数组合为成型压力0.2 MPa、加热温度数430℃、铺放速度60 mm/min。 GF/HDPE composite laminates were prepared by using composite laying experimental platform,through singlefactor experiments and three-factor four-level orthogonal experiments,combined with determination of interlaminar shear strength by short-beam method and microscopic morphology observation,the forming process of GF/HDPE composite laminates was studied and the effects of three process parameters of forming pressure,heating temperature and laying speed on the interlaminar shear strength of GF/HDPE composite laminates were analyzed.The change rule of the interlaminar shear strength of the part with various process parameters,the optimal parameter combination,and the order of influence of each process factor on the interlaminar shear strength of the part were obtained.The results showed that with the increase of forming pressure and heating temperature,the interlaminar shear strength of the part first increased and then decreased.With the increase of the laying speed,the inter laminar shear strength decreased.The influence of various process parameters on the performance of the part from large to small was the laying speed,forming pressure and hesting temperature.In this article,the optimal combination of process parameters was forming preasure 0.2 MPa,heating temperature 430℃,and laying speed60 mm/min.
