摘要
依据镜筒塑件连接端需要具有较高的圆度精度的使用要求,通过应用Moldflow软件创建了注射成型模型,得到了基于模流分析模型的圆度误差计算数学表达式,分析并验算了模型填充平衡度大于90%,结合应用田口正交试验法,以塑件连接端圆度精度为指标,进行了注射成型工艺优化,得到了最佳工艺参数组合为熔体温度310℃,注射压力120 MPa,模具温度90℃,冷却时间25 s,控制圆度误差为0.20 mm,优化幅度约38.20%,满足了成型技术的要求。最后,基于模流分析其结果,采用侧浇口瓣合成型隔板油路冷却的两板式偏置注射模,通过增加推出导向机构、多用连杆合模装置、嵌入式锥面配合动定模镶块结构,缓解了偏置主流道对模具及成型产品质量的影响,为其他类似注塑产品模具设计提供了参考。
Based on the requirement of good roundness accuracy at the connection end of the lens barrel,Moldflow created an injection molding model,gave a mathematical expression for roundness error calculation based on the mold flow analysis model,and verified that the filling balance of the model was more than 90%.The best combination of process parameters was obtained:Melt temperature 310℃,injection pressure 120 MPa,mold temperature 90℃,cooling time 25 s,control roundness error 0.20 mm,optimization range of about 38.20%,to meet the technical requirements of molding.The structure of the off-set main channel,multi-link clamping device,and embedded tapered surface with movable and fixed mold inserts mitigates the impact of the off-set main channel on the quality of the mold and the molded product,and provides a reference for other similar injection mold designs.
