运动休闲特色小镇建设和乡村振兴战略是新时代我国城乡协调发展两个互促共进的关键举措,从两者的逻辑关系入手,阐述了小镇建设在乡村振兴战略中提供发展平台、激发发展动力等作用机制,解析了乡村振兴战略为小镇建设提供的政策、资源、产业、文化、生态基础等保障。两者之间具有互通联动、相互促进的逻辑关系:小镇建设为乡村振兴提供了精准路径;乡村振兴战略为小镇建设提供了政策保障。

The construction of sports recreational towns and the strategy of rural revitalization are the key measures to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in the new era.This paper analyses the logical relationship of them and discusses the mechanism of small town construction to provide development platform and power source in rural revitalization strategy,and analyzes the policy,resources,industry,culture and ecological foundation of rural revitalization strategy.There is an interactive logical relationship between the two.The construction of small towns provides an accurate path for rural revitalization,and the strategy of rural revitalization provides a solid policy guarantee for the construction of small towns.
