在当前城乡基本公共体育服务均等化发展存在短板,相关研究存在理论基础薄弱等问题的背景下,体育学界新作《城乡基本公共体育服务均等化研究》以城乡基本公共体育服务均等化现实问题为导向,运用专家访谈法、数据分析法等方法,厘定了城乡公共体育服务均等化的内涵等基本理论,剖析了我国城乡公共体育服务均等化发展的现实困境,构建了我国城乡基本公共体育服务均等化的评价指标体系,并对评价指标体系进行了实证研究。该作对体育管理部门制定城乡公共体育服务均等化发展的相关政策,以及加快推动我国城乡基本公共体育均等化建设具有一定的参考价值。

In the context of the current development of equalization of basic public sports services in urban and rural areas and the weak theoretical system of the related researches,the book,Equalization of Basic Public Sports Services in Urban and Rural Areas,guided by the practical problems of equalization of basic public sports services in urban and rural areas and based on sociology and management,uses the methods of expert interview and data analysis to determine the connotation of equalization of public sports services in urban and rural areas,analyzes the predicament of equalization of public sports services in urban and rural areas in China,and constructs the evaluation index system of equalization of basic public sports services in urban and rural areas in China.The paper also discusses the evaluation index system.The book not only pays attention to theoretical elaboration,but also has empirical analysis.Thus,it has reference value for sports management departments to formulate relevant policies for the equalization of urban and rural public sports services.
