摘要
以萃取法分离钢厂冷轧磁过滤产物,考察剂油比、萃取温度、萃取时间对冷轧油回收率的影响,通过中心组合实验设计及响应面分析法优化萃取分离工艺。结果表明,冷轧油回收率的影响因素从大到小依次是剂油比、萃取温度、萃取时间。在优化的工艺条件:剂油质量比5∶1,温度67℃,时间28.0 min时,冷轧油的回收率为74.52%,与理论值的误差为0.30%。回收冷轧油性质变化小,有回用的可行性;回收铁粉为极细粉,用途广泛。
The extraction process of steel plants cold rolling mill sludge was studied.The influence of solvent to oil ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time were on the recovery rate of cold rolling oil was investigated.The cold rolling mill sludge extraction process was optimized by central combination experimental design and response surface methodology.The results show that the significance of the recovery rate from the largest to the smallest is the solvent to oil ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time.In the optimized separation process conditions:the solvent to oil ratio is 5∶1,the extraction temperature is 67℃,and the extraction time is 28.0 min,the recovery rate of cold rolling oil is 74.52%.The error from the theoretical value is 0.30%.The recovery of cold rolling oil has little change in properties and has the feasibility of recycling.The recovered iron powder is extremely fine powder and has a wide range of application area.
