超分散剂SMM的合成及钛白分散性能的优化 被引量:2

Synthesis and optimization of hyperdispersant SMM for titanium dispersion properties

摘要 以苯乙烯(St)、顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEGA)为单体通过溶液聚合合成St-MA-MPEGA共聚物,产物经水解后得到超分散剂SMM。将SMM用于钛白水性体系分散,采用中心复合设计法优化超分散剂的单体配比。优化结果显示当单体的摩尔比为St∶MA∶MPEGA=5∶6∶10时,钛白水性分散体系的黏度为19.29 mPa·s,钛白粒子的平均粒径为130.2 nm,经验证优化结果具有良好的预测性。 Through solution polymerization,the St-MA-MPEGA copolymer was synthesized from styrene(St),maleic anhydride(MA)and methoxypolyethylene glycols acrylate.The products was hydrolyzed to be hyperdispersant SMM.The SMM was used for the dispersion of titanium white aqueous system,and the monomer ratio of the hyperdispersant was optimized on the central composite design optimize.The results show that when the molar ratio of the monomer is St∶MA∶MPEGA=5∶6∶10,the viscosity of titanium white aqueous dispersion is 19.29 mPa·s,and the average particle diameter is 130.2 nm.The optimization results are proved to be predictive.
