摘要
将3种无机水合盐相变材料按不同配比混合,制备出三元相变材料低共熔混合物。选择纳米TiO2作为改性剂,通过步冷曲线、DSC、SEM、IR、XRD对样品进行分析,研究了纳米TiO2对三元相变材料过冷度及热性能的影响。结果表明,Na2HPO4·12H2O/Na2S2O3·5H2O/CH3COONa·3H2O三元相变材料的最佳配比为60∶30∶10;当纳米TiO2质量分数为7%时,Na2HPO4·12H2O/Na2S2O3·5H2O/CH3COONa·3H2O三元相变材料的过冷度从2.0℃降低到0.3℃,无相分离,相变焓从116.75 J/g提高到120.01 J/g。
Three inorganic hydrated salt phase change materials were mixed according to different proportions to prepare a ternary phase change material eutectic mixture.Select nano-TiO2 as modifier,the sample was analyzed by step cooling curve,DSC,SEM,IR,XRD,and the effect of nano-TiO2 on the subcooling and thermal properties of ternary phase change materials was studied.The results show the optimal ratio of Na2HPO4·12H2O/Na2S2O3·5H2O/CH3COONa·3H2O ternary phase change material is 60∶30∶10,when the nano-TiO2 mass fraction is 7%,the undercooling of Na2HPO4·12H2O/Na2S2O3·5H2O/CH3COONa·3H2O ternary phase change materials was reduced from 2.0℃to 0.3℃,no phase separation,phase change enthalpy increased from 116.75 J/g to 120.01 J/g.
