摘要
采用重量法研究了腐蚀抑制剂对N80钢在回注污水中腐蚀抑制性能,并通过极化曲线测试分析腐蚀抑制剂的缓蚀机理。研究表明,该腐蚀抑制剂在模拟水中具有优良的缓蚀效果,在温度(50±1)℃,实验时间7 d,腐蚀抑制剂的添加量为30 mg/L的条件下,缓蚀率可达70%以上,腐蚀速度<0.076 mm/a,可以满足油田注入水对管线与设备的防腐蚀性能的要求。
The corrosion inhibition of N80 steel in reinjected wastewater was studied by gravimetric and electrochemical methods.The results show that the corrosion inhibitor has excellent corrosion inhibition effect in simulated water.Under the conditions of(50±1)℃,experiment time 7 d and the addition of corrosion inhibitor 30 mg/L,the corrosion inhibition rate can reach more than 70%and the corrosion rate is less than 0.076 mm/a,it can meet the anticorrosion requirements of injection water for pipelines and equipment.
