摘要
介绍了当前国内外二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)的生产和研究现状,寇氏隐甲藻是有较高DHA生产能力的优势菌株。由于当前我国DHA产能较低,需依赖进口满足需求,因此通过对优势生产菌株进行分析和改造来进一步提高DHA的产量迫在眉睫。同时详细介绍了高产菌株隐甲藻的胞内生产机理,以及通过各种理性优化和分子改造手段提高隐甲藻产DHA能力的研究。最后,针对利用隐甲藻生产DHA领域目前尚存在的问题进行总结并对应提出建议,为DHA生产相关研究进行了展望。
The production and research status of docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)at home and abroad are introduced.Crypthecodinium cohnii is a dominant strain with high DHA production capacity.Due to the current low capacity of DHA in China and the need to rely on imports to meet demand,it is urgent to further improve the production of DHA through analysis and transformation of dominant production strains.At the same time,the mechanism of intracellular production of the high-yielding strain and the research of improving the DHA production ability of C.cohnii by various rational optimization and molecular transformation methods are introduced in detail.Finally,some problems in the production of DHA by C.cohnii are summarized and corresponding suggestions are put forward,and the research on DHA production is prospected.
