摘要
介绍了固体表面能的不同测定方法,包括温度外推法、溶解热法、劈裂功法、应力拉伸法、理论计算法、表面链接法、电测法以及接触角法,对表征固体表面性质非常重要,它反映了固体表面分子之间的作用力状况,与固体的粘合、催化、改性、摩擦、生物相容性等性质紧密相关。因此,固体表面能的准确测定对确定固体的表面性质有着十分重要的意义。目前固体表面能无法通过直接方法测定,只能通过一些方法估测,分析了各测定方法中的局限、适用范围及存在的问题。
Introduced solid surface energy of different measurement methods,including temperature extrapolation method,solution heat method and splitting method,stress stretching method,the theoretical calculation method,link method,electrical measuring method and surface contact Angle method,the characterization of solid surface properties is very important,it reflects the molecules on the surface of the solid reaction condition,and the solid glue,catalysis,modification,friction,biocompatibility and other properties are closely related.Therefore,the accurate measurement of solid surface energy is very important for the determination of solid surface properties.At present,the solid surface energy can not be measured by direct methods,but can be estimated by some methods.
