摘要
在交通运输部深化收费公路制度改革新政策背景下,为了合理地规划收费站车道数与车道配置,借助VISSIM仿真系统,构建高速公路收费站仿真模型,分析交通量、车型比及车辆OBU覆盖率等因素对高速公路收费站车辆通行的影响,并通过TOPSIS综合评价方法,对收费站的服务指数进行评价,在设计阶段为收费站建设提供依据.
Under the new policy of the Ministry of Transport to deepen reform of the toll road system,a microscopic simulation system of highway toll stations is built by using VISSIM simulation system aimed at scientific planning of the number of lanes and lane configuration of a toll station.The system is then used to study the impacts of traffic,vehicle model ratio and vehicle OBU coverage and other factors on the traffic of expressway toll stations.And TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to evaluate the service index of toll stations,which provides a basis for the construction of toll stations at the planning level.
