摘要
针对潞安焦化一分厂脱硫系统由于脱硫液含油偏高、再生较差、硫泡沫少、脱硫液需大量提盐等问题,采用DSH高硫容抑盐脱硫催化剂替换原PDS脱硫催化剂,并对脱硫系统工艺控制进行了部分优化。运行结果表明:采用DSH催化剂后,脱硫效率得到提高,脱硫塔后及回炉煤气中H2S含量明显降低,副盐含量得到有效控制,不再外排脱硫废液,实现了取消提盐设备运行。
Due to the high oil content,poor regeneration,low foam and a lot of salt extraction needed in the desulfurization system of Lu′an No.1 Coking Plant,DSH high sulfur capacity salt suppression desulfurization catalyst was adopted,together with partial optimization of the process control of desulfurization system.This not only stabilized the production operations,improved the desulfurization efficiency,significantly reduced the hydrogen sulfide in the gas behind the desulfurization tower and in the recycled gas,but also effectively controlled the secondary salt.The desulfurization waste liquid was no longer discharged,and the operation of salt extraction equipment was cancelled.
