摘要
简述了炼焦炉的发展历程,分析了配合煤质量多变、加热系统调节、生产工况复杂、炭化室压力波动和焦炉表面散热等炼焦科技的难题,从焦炉气流分配的自适应能力、焦炉能源网络的构建、焦炉污染物的源头治理、焦炉智能生产等4个方面分析研究了未来炼焦科技发展趋势,指出焦炉的大型化、高效化、清洁化和智能化是炼焦炉总体的发展方向和目标。
The development process of coke oven was briefly described,with the analysis made on the challenges faced by the coking technology,such as changeable coal quality,adjustment of heating system,complex production conditions,pressure fluctuation in the carbonization chamber and surface heat radiation of coke oven.The development trend of coking technology in the future was studied from the following four aspects:self-adaptation ability of coke oven gas distribution,construction of coke oven energy network,source control of coke oven pollutants and intelligent production of coke oven.Large scale,high efficiency,cleanliness and intelligence of coke oven were the overall development direction and goal of the coke oven.
