摘要
在保证焦炭产品质量的前提下,陕焦公司采用高硫煤进行配煤炼焦,进而降低配煤炼焦成本。在对山西某地区高硫焦煤煤质分析的基础上,进行了40 kg小焦炉试验和工业试验,并对试验结果进行了分析,结果表明:在实际炼焦过程中加入质量分数7%~9%的高硫煤时,入炉煤成本平均每吨可降低4.7元~7.1元,且焦炭产品质量保持稳定。
On the premise of ensuring the quality of coke products,Shaanxi Coke Co.used high-sulfur coal for coking through coal blending,thus reducing the cost of coking with coal blending.40 kg small coke oven test and industrial test were carried out on the basis of analyzing the regional high-sulfur coking coal of Shanxi Province,and the test results were analyzed and summarized.The results showed that when the high-sulfur coal was added in the actual coking process at a mass fraction of 7%-9%,the average cost of coal into the furnace was reduced by 4.7-7.1 yuan per ton,and the coke quality remained stable.
